• Content Data: Text you input for content generation, email replies, and CV parsing
• CV Data: When you upload a CV, we extract and store your CV data (name, email, phone, work experience, education, skills) to auto-fill job application forms
• Usage Data: Number of generations and email replies per day (for rate limiting)

• To provide AI content generation, email reply, and CV auto-fill services
• To authenticate your account and enforce plan limits
• To improve our services

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our secure servers. CV data is encrypted and stored only for the purpose of auto-filling job application forms.

4. Third-Party Services

We use OpenRouter AI to process content generation and CV parsing. Your text data is sent to OpenRouter for AI processing. OpenRouter's privacy policy applies to data they process.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described above (OpenRouter for AI processing).

7. Permissions

Kalem AI requires the following browser permissions:

• Storage: To save your API key and preferences
• Active Tab: To detect job application forms and Gmail/Outlook pages
• Script Injection: To auto-fill forms and add reply buttons on email pages

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. API keys are stored locally in your browser's secure storage.
